Sports CRM Specialist - Spanish speaking
• Execute CRM (Customer Relationship Management) communications of a Sport betting brand, across multiple channels.
• Coordinate and prepare HTML templates and deploy them in different CRM systems.
• Operate Administrative and Back Office systems.
• Analyse, optimize and maintain CRM processes and customers journeys.
• Ensure promotional campaigns use all available marketing tools.
• Work with marketing and creative teams to develop highly effective, original and targeted creative concepts and content.
• Write and edit creative materials for promotions and direct marketing, including emails, newsletters, and website content.
• At least 2 year previous experience in a similar position.
• Creative, imaginative and detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, an aptitude for teamwork and the ability to brainstorm.
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Native level of Spanish – must.
• Excellent English Level Communication Skills.
• Experience in email marketing – an advantage.
• Experience in HTML – an advantage.
