Manage a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team of a Sport betting brand.
Plan and oversee execution of the CRM plan across all channels and apps.
Manage optimization and report all relevant KPIs and other campaign measurements.
Hands on administrative and Back Office systems.
Analyse, optimize and maintain CRM processes and customers journeys.
Ensure promotional campaigns use all available marketing tools.
Take part in relevant project and initiate ideas.
Report to stakeholders on all activity and plans – weekly and according to needs.
At least 2 year previous experience in a similar position.
Proficient level of Spanish and English.
Creative, imaginative and detail-oriented.
Knows how to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, an aptitude for teamwork and the ability to brainstorm.
Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience in email marketing.
Experience with Optimove – advantage.
Bachelor’s degree –Preferably in Economics, Business, Marketing or other analytical domains.
