German speaking Customer Service Agent
Supporting German speaking customers.
You will become an important contact person when handling all inquiries in a professional manner from German customers via telephone, e-mail and live support.
Maintaining high customer service standards is of the upmost priority.
Due to the various tasks, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge of the product range and marketing activities.
In this diverse role you will also be an essential point of reference, both internally and externally. Further tasks will include translating (for example newsletters or texts for our website).
Requirements / Your personality:
Completed secondary education.
At least 1-year customer service experience (e.g. call centre, helpdesk, etc.).
Excellent knowledge of German (written and spoken).
Very good knowledge of English.
Willing to work evening and night shifts.
Advanced customer service skills.
Excellent communication and team skills.
Open, positive and empathetic personality.
General computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet).
