Casino Product Owner
Katowice, Poland

We are looking for Product Owner, strong agile experience is required to work with product, commercial, operational and technology teams in a multi-operator environment, servicing multiple clients, to define business requirements and to act as single point of contact to delivery teams for requirements clarification, acceptance tests, prioritization and scheduling. The auspicious candidate will manage and represent the team and will take personal accountability for delivering the desired business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have an interest in iGaming and deep knowledge of Casino product. The salary for this job is based on experience, so whilst we are not able to go into detail at this stage, we can say that we offer great salary packages and a discretionary annual performance bonus. In addition, we provide advice and financial relocation assistance to those moving to Poland.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute new product development from conceptual stages through the full product life-cycle
• Define product requirements and product vision
• Collaborate with business owner, project managers, PR agency and other teams to gather customer product needs
• Plan product mock-up based on a business strategy
• Write user stories
• Product release plans and roadmaps
• Co-write acceptance criteria with members of the development team
• Prioritize product backlog and follow the business priorities
• Create the project teams
• Attend and contribute to scrum rituals as defined in best practice PO definitions in scrum
• Represent the team and communicate progress and achievements against KPIs
• Be an advocate for the product vision and understand how it fits into company goals

Requirements:
• Experience in product management or business analysis and strong understanding of iGaming business
• Excellent English language skills
• Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Strong estimation and planning capabilities
• Ability to manage agile, cross functional delivery teams
• An understanding of software development an ability to work closely with Technology teams in scheduling functional and non-functional requirements
